1. Legal & Licensing
- Ownership: Owned by Capitanos Games Ltd, registered in Belize.
- Licensing: Licensed in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act of 2005.
- Agreement: By using the site, you enter into a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to the terms, you must stop using the service immediately.
2. User Eligibility & Obligations
- Age Requirement: You must be 18+ or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction.
- Location: You must reside in a country where online gambling is legal. The use of VPNs or proxies to mask your location is strictly prohibited.
- Single Account: Users are permitted only one account. Multiple accounts (including those held by relatives or associates) will be closed.
- Good Faith: You must play for personal entertainment and not on behalf of others or for commercial purposes.
3. Restricted Countries
Access is strictly prohibited for residents of:
- Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, USA.
- Any FATF Blacklisted countries and jurisdictions prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Name Match: All deposits must come from an account/card registered in your own name.
- Wagering Requirement: Deposits must be rolled over (wagered) at least 1 time before withdrawal. Failure to do so results in an 8% fee (minimum €4).
- Withdrawal Limits: * Maximum €10,000 per month.
- If your balance is 10x larger than your total deposits, the limit is reduced to €5,000 per month.
- Identity Verification (KYC): CWINZ reserves the right to request photo ID, utility bills, selfies, or verification calls before processing withdrawals.
5. Responsible Gaming
- Self-Exclusion: You can request to be self-excluded by emailing customer support. This takes effect within 24 hours.
- Financial Safety: Betting is for entertainment only. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Account Security & Liability
- Password Safety: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login details. CWINZ is not liable for unauthorized access if your credentials were used correctly.
- System Errors: In the event of a system malfunction, all affected bets are void.
- Liability Cap: The company’s total liability is limited to the value of the bet in question or €500, whichever is lower.
7. Prohibited Behavior
You may not:
- Transfer funds between player accounts.
- Collude with other players or use automated “bots/scrapers.”
- Provide false information during registration.
- Engage in money laundering or criminal activity.
8. Complaints & Disputes
- Timing: Disputes must be lodged within 3 days of the wager in question.
- Process: Initial complaints go to Customer Support, then management. If unresolved, the user has the right to seek arbitration.
- Language: The English version of these Terms always takes precedence over translations.
